1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase or delivery.
- Personalized items or special orders are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons:
- Opened or used baby clothing and accessories.
- Baby food, formula, or consumable items.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Support team at info@snapshotsuri.com or call (630) 466-2656 with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Securely package the item in its original packaging and include a copy of the receipt or order confirmation.
- Ship the return item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- If you opted for an exchange, we will ship your replacement item after processing the return.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item (within 7 days) with photos of the damage or defect.
- We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
- If the product is found to be defective, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.
7. Refunds to Gift Recipients
If you are returning an item purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s account. If you prefer a store credit, please let us know when initiating the return.
